Collaborators in China cannot sign up for free account?

Hello,
I recently created a new smartsheet workspace and shared it with collaborators in China. For some reason when they go to set up a new account (free user as our Institute has the license) the page will not jump and allow them to create an account. We have collaborators in Europe and Japan who were able to set up an account without issue.
Has anyone experienced this same issue? Is Smartsheet not accessible in China?

Hi Andree,
Our collaborator said that when they click the "create one" link (see attachment), that the link does not bring them to the page that should allow them to set up an account. Instead, nothing happens.

Unfortunately this has not been resolved for me. They still are not able to set up an account, the page will not jump.

The workaround is mentioned in the following thread

The solution would be for Smartsheet to move to another captcha provider. This is the only thing blocking users from signing up atm.
