Why has my automated conditions trigger stopped working?
I have an automated trigger set up to alert me base on when 2 conditions are met. However this trigger stopped working about a month or two ago and i cannot figure out why!? The triggers will work when only 1 of the 2 conditions are applied, but when I add the second condition and perform the run now option, I do not get the alert. Screenshot attached.

Using Or works. Hmm, when I first set this up the Or didn't work but the And did. Thank you for the reminder to attempt this again!
