Resource Management- Card view

hi there, I am trying to use card view to show by resource but it won't work. I h ave resources allocated by percentage, and i have resource names. when I view by, it only gives me one column option to view by. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. Project settings are set to allow resource allocation
