Creating Tabs or "Other Screens" on a Form

Is there a way to set up multiple tabs across the top of a form? I do not want to have a form that is extremely long, I would rather (if possible) put multiple tabs so I can consolidate and clean-up the form.

Just tried a possible solution using a dropdown list, displayed horizontally. Didn't work, but I want to keep hacking away at this. Very interesting question

If all fields are required and the next response is not based on the previous then no. If the previous response determines the next you could use logic? We too have a large forms however when viewed it's short growing only based on input and the next field either showing or not.
