I have a drop down list with items that users pick. Is there a way to see which items are left?

I have a drop down pick list with about 90 items. I would like to see which items are left over after a user selects one of the pick list items.

Would it be worth using Automation to move the selected items row to another sheet, then your original sheet should always show what's 'In stock'?

Or you could use Conditional Formatting to change a row or cell when selected, and utilise a 'Sort' to keep available products at the top or bottom.
