Is there a way to add an image to a form (not a company logo)? I wanted to add an image of a grid to the form to where the user can see that grid to help in making their selections on the form.

Hi Reggie, there are only two options that I can think of:

1. When you're editing the form, go to the Settings tab, and choose the Side by Side option for how it displays. Then, in the main Form editing section, upload the grid as the background picture. It won't look right in edit mode. Open the form to see what it looks like. You'll probably have to try a few times to upload an image with the right proportions to show the whole grid properly. (You may have to screenshot the grid over a background to change the size/positioning of the grid in the image you upload to the form).
2. Embed the form in a Dashboard (the Form would be a Web Content widget) and then add the image as an image widget. Then share the dashboard link as if it were the form link.
