Workflow - Remove Oldest Modified Versions of Duplicated Rows From Sheet.
Hello,
I have two sheets: Sheet A and Sheet B.
I have a workflow set up that copies a row of data from Sheet A to Sheet B based on certain criteria.
Each row in Sheet A has been set-up with a unique identifier.
As part of the workflow, any amends to the row in Sheet A (based on date modified) also transfers to Sheet B.
This leads to duplicated rows in Sheet B.
How can I automatically remove the oldest duplicated rows from Sheet B, retaining the most recent?
Thanks,
Garry

Hi Garry, I think the answer to this past post also answers your question:
Definitely test which rows are getting marked duplicate before you make the automation deleting them. Familiarize yourself with the RANKEQ function and If function at the pages below. You may need to change your RANKEQ rank order and IF criteria to have the correct rows marked duplicate and deleted.
