Form Logic Erased

I developed logic based on a form selection dropdown. The form had been saved, but whenever I opened the form today, the dropdown selection field in the form was blank (but the smartsheet still had the options). Whenever I went to test the form, all of the logic was gone.

Is there a way to restore a previous version of the form when the logic was live?

Unfortunately, restoring to an earlier version is impossible now, but it's an excellent idea!
