grantt view

i have created a report with data from 2 different sheets, each with "start"- data and "finish"-data, both columns are in the 2 sheets, the confiugration behind is for the the 2 sheets the same

when i use a grantt view in the report, it displays in a correct way the data from the first sheet, but for the second sheet he only displays the start data, and not the finish data, for these input i have each time just a small grantt or block not correct indicating the data

who can help?

Strange!

Try these troubleshooting steps first.

• Check the Smartsheet Status page if there are any reported issues:
• Log out / in again
• Try a different browser
• Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode
• Test on another device
• Test on another network
• Clear the browser cache
• If possible, check if other users have the same issue

If the steps above don't solve it, and If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal and providing the results of the troubleshooting steps above.
