Smartsheet account locked due to too many failed attempts

My Smartsheet account is locked due to too many failed login attempts. I selected "Forgot Password," but I did not receive an email. Then I tried to sign in via my Microsoft account, but I received an error message saying, "Access to your account is blocked due to a billing issue. Please submit a request to resolve the issue."

Please let me know if you have a solution for this issue.
