If Then with a Index Match
Hi,
I'm having an issue where I cant put an index match as a result of an if statement. when I just have the index match in the cell, it does the action, but when i have the if then statement, it says the invalid operation. Am I just missing something in the formula? I am planning on making this a pretty long chain of if then statements. basically going through the columns to the right if one is blank we move onto the next number and get info based on that.

At a high level, nothing jumps out - except one character. Get rid of the = right before INDEX. If that doesn't do it, maybe post a screenshot with the column headers and clarify what the References are?
