Getting a list of field settings, labels and help text in a form

I would like to utilize the help text in one form for a separate worksheet/form and not have to retype. Is there some way to get a list of field settings, labels and associated help text so that I can copy and paste more easily?

Has the target sheet been created yet? If not;

• Open the source sheet, then File > Save as new , this will copy the existing sheet and form,
• Then you can update the sheet and form as required, there will still be some manual manipulation but it will be faster than recreating manually from scratch.
• This wont work if your target sheet already exists and is in use.

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

- Save the sheet as new and include what you need
- Copy and paste
