Removing repeat subject line within the email
When an automation is triggered on a 'message only' email, the subject line of the email is repeated in the email.
This is redundant information and it would be great if the email started with the salutation.

I agree. This is very frustrating. When a recipient opens the email, the subject line is repeated ahead of the salutation in bold font. Please remove this. It comes across as highly abrasive and unprofessional for our recipients.
