Trouble with Smartsheet Automation Emailing Attachment to Box Folder
I'm currently trying to set up a process in a sheet where Smartsheet will e-mail an attachment (to a row via a comment/form) to a specific Box folder. I have the Smartsheet automation set up to run upon a new attachment being uploaded to the row and I have the specific Box folder email address for the "Send to Specific People" in the "Alert Someone" action, but it's not working.
I have tested the automation with my work e-mail address and Smartsheet sends me the attachment just fine, and I have also tested e-mailing the Box folder e-mail address from my work e-email and that works just fine. I'm stumped. Anyone have any ideas?

It sounds like it's getting blocked by a spam filter or something similar.Can you check with Box?
