Form Responses Save as Draft Only on Mobile?
I use the Smartsheet mobile app on my iPhone and whenever I scan a QR code or click a link to a Smartsheet form, it’ll open within the mobile app. A few months ago, I noticed a new feature on the mobile app where my form responses would auto-save as a draft, allowing me to leave the form and return to it later to pick up where I left off (screenshots are below). However, this does not seem to be a feature on the web browser version of Smartsheet (or if it is, I haven’t been able to turn it on).
The fact that there is no feature to save your progress and return back later has been a pain point for many of our form users… any chance we’ll see this enhancement available on the web browser anytime soon?

As of today, it isn't on the roadmap for desktop. 😥

So strange that this enhancement was prioritized for the mobile app but not the desktop app/web browser. 😞

I would love for this to be available web based too.
One thing I can confirm through testing though… The draft on the app also works when you open a custom form URL that has pre-filled fields.

It is crazy frustrating that this doesn't exist. Like a previous commenter, I am sending out surveys to emergency responders on shift who have to jump at an alarm and leave whatever they are doing. For a strategic planning survey to reset is obnoxious and I don't think that requiring an app download to a personal device is appropriate.
I've transferred my survey/form to Jotform, but their Public vs. Private Terms and Conditions leave much to be desired.
The automation that Smartypants created is awesome IF none of the questions are required. As soon as you try to submit with required questions unfilled, the form lights up like a Christmas tree and can't be saved, so the automation is moot.
I would love Smartsheet to take this seriously.
