I know what it is, but I am trying to replicate it in a project plan.
Every time I try to do it, the End Date of the project just gets pushed out, making negative float impossible. I'm wondering if the project end date needs to be a fixed date that cannot be moved in order to do this.
If that is the case, is there a way lock in the end date of a project?
