Moving Rows to another sheet

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I created a new sheet (Archives) to move my rows to. I created a workflow from my original sheet to be checked off to move to the Archive sheet. But, when I go to look for the sheet. I cannnot locate it. Could someone let me know what I need to do? Thanks!

Yes it is. I actually figured out that that Owner needs to give me access to edit. Thank you!
