Is there a way to lock the done/complete folder of tasks?
I have a 3k+ size plan, and half of it is done, and more than 2 years old already. Is there a way to lock the folder closed and it remain if the other team members ask to expand the folders? because we dont have a quick jump to an specified line, it is a pain to scroll hundreds of lines to find what you are looking for.

You can use "Lock Row" automation to preserve data, but there's nothing that will prevent someone from viewing it. If the data need to stay on the same sheet, you can create an automation similar in trigger to Lock Row - but to update a hidden check box column, and share a Filter (or create a report) that doesn't include rows with that checked box. You can alternately use a Move Row automation to a separate "Archive" sheet that will accomplish a similar thing.
