Update Request Form Field - Dropdown contact
We have an update request where the user selects a contact from the drop down list. Once submitted, if you go to the sheet, it is only listing the person's name in the cell rather than their contact. I have confirmed that their name and email are listed correctly in the sheet's drop down list and have tried deleting and adding the contact back to the list many times with the same results. There are multiple contacts in this list and all seem to update correctly when an update request is submitted except this one individual. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Just a thought: have you tried to re-add their email address as a contact then set that column as "Restrict to list values only"?

I've tried adding re-adding the email/contact multiply times with the same results. The column already has the values restricted. It's the strangest thing and only happens with this person, all other emails/names are populating as they should.

@brandie_Rush What if you set up a form just for this member? You can set their email as default and hide it?
