Can I generate a share link for a report with a Pro plan?

I upgraded to a Pro plan on the understanding that I could publish my reports and embed them in the Dashboard. It keeps telling me to upgrade to business now, but the article about publishing reports seems to indicate that I should be able to publish at my current level. I would ask the support desk but every time I click "Log In" it redirects me to the "so you can't log in" page instead of asking for my login info, so I'm a bit stumped here.

Publishing items requires a Business or higher plan. You can see this by going to the linked page, and click on Compare Plans> Sharing.
