Changing the color of a widget based on number in metric sheet

Is it possible to change the color of the number in a widget based on what it shows in a metric sheet? Maybe using conditional formatting somehow? Maybe it is not possible at all? I will include pictures below. Basically, I would like the number in the metric sheet to be green if it is 0, yellow if 1, and red if 2. Is this possible to do? Thanks.

so the number and color would correspond to the number and color in the widget basically.
