1. I have created an automation workflow with multiple condition paths. 2. Each condition path is to identify the certain key words in the respective contact a columns mentioned in it. 3. As an action replace the contact containing the key words by 'Action: assign a Contact'

@Tamal Dey How have you done that?
Hi @Lisa B 2022 , This doesn't work as you expect it to be, to be honest. In Smartsheet, an automation works best if the actions are affecting a single column. But sometimes I see changes in the other columns as well.
Anyhow, I feel this could be a bug, because when I reached out to support for enquiring why other columns are not impacting in a similar frequency as the one mentioned in the 1st conditioned. They asked me to create separate automation for separate columns.
@Tamal Dey thank you.. I cant see where I can add multiple conditions simultaneously?
@Lisa B 2022 You want to know how to create multiple conditions simultaneously?
If you click on the "+" icon in blue, you will get the dropdown list containing:
If you click on the "condition path", you'll be able to create a number of condition paths. I believe there is a limitation on how many condition paths you can create.
Oh dear god.. thank you.. i didnt even know this existed!!!!!!
Hey @Tamal Dey
Thank you for posting your idea! You're correct that currently automated workflows follow one individual path, and cannot trigger on all condition paths at the same time.
I like to think of it like Dominoes - once the workflow has found a path to go down (one of the conditions is correct), then it flows down that path and cannot come back up to trigger the next one, as it's already down at the bottom. Individual workflows is what I would suggest in this scenario as well.
Cheers, Genevieve
In the Resource Management Plan Settings in Control Center, there is no way to link the Client and Project Code fields even though they are not Custom fields and part of the first 3 fields you enter when creating a new project. I can't select them in the Custom Resource Management Information Fields because they are not…
I’d like to see user analytics for WorkApps. I’ve checked the user report available in the Collaborator Pack, but it only shows how many times someone has clicked into the WorkApp each month. I’d like to know: Which resources (dashboards, sheets, forms, etc.) are getting the most traffic? Where are people spending their…
The 'Sheet' icon appears purple in the left navigation but blue within the sheet, creating inconsistency. Aligning icon colors across the platform would improve clarity and simplify user training. Please standardize the icon color to enhance user experience and reduce confusion during onboarding.
