@Lekshmi Unnithan I apologize, looks like I needed to clear my cache and cookies. Appears to be working as expected now. I was in the Edge, not the desktop app.

@Lekshmi Unnithan Web app. We don't use the desktop app. Played around just now, based on @Samuel Mueller comment. Clearing cache and cookies didn't help, at least not in Edge. But, using an InPrivate window in Edge (or Incognito in Chrome) did work.

What is the current status here? I need to advise people what to do. We use the web app.

Has there been any update on this? I have people that are experiencing this issue on the web app still and am not sure how to help.
