Form File Upload sheet indicator

I added a File Upload form field to my form. It's working fine. The issue I have is…when users submit the form with an attachment, there's no visual indicator on the submission row of our sheet view whether a file was attached (without remembering to hover on the paperclip icon to see if there's an attachment). Is there a way to activate a visual indicator that an attachment exists for a given row?
