Comment Indicator not showing when there is a comment

Hello - just this week we found that on one of the licensed users that they cannot see indicator that there is a comment - the comment is there - but the indicator that flags the comment is not there. and the licensed user was also tagged in the comment. Can you tell me what is going on and how to fix this please.

Sounds like a small bug. Community users aren't going to be able to troubleshoot that for you - I'd suggest you open a support ticket so they can look into it from Smartsheet side.
