Mirror

I have a main sheet with all of our clients listed, and various information for each client, as well as who that client is assigned to. But I want the main sheet to reflect any changes that the employees make on that client's information and vis versa if information is change on the main sheet for that to reflect on the other employees' sheet. I am new to smart sheets but can't figure out if this is possible.

Yes I have been playing around with it was thinking it could work, but a few things I am unsure about. So we have the main program client list that we use to assign clients to staff. Client can be on several sheets at one time, they can be on the staff sheet, they can also be on a separate group meeting sheet. I know that i can be selective on what columns show on the reports but so far it doesn't combine them together in the same row so 1 client could be pulled from 3 sheets and then show up three different times on the report idk if that makes senseβ¦. Sorry very new to smart sheets so still trying to figure it out.

If you put EVERYTHING into a single sheet, you can use reports to break things up and filter them for each of the different "views" that you need.
