JIRA connector errors while setting up workflow

Hi everyone, I have the JIRA/Smartsheet connector only to bring tickets from JIRA into Smartsheet. I am constantly encountering errors while setting up the workflow and opened a support case with Smartsheet but it was closed and marked 'resolved' while I am still getting the same errors. I reopened the ticket but was wondering if someone has experienced the same issue? Attached are screenshots of the two errors while configuring the workflow.

    I see that you have already created a support ticket for this issue. After carefully checking our support records, I can confirm there is an ongoing escalation driven by our engineering team to fix this issue. Please keep an eye on support communication as the issue can be resolved at any moment. If I catch more info before you do, I'll keep you posted.
