Form Draft on Laptop/Desktop

I know a form draft saves if you are filling it out on your phone, but is there a way to save a form draft on a laptop or desktop? We are asking people to fill out large reports on Smartsheet and people keep losing their work when the submit button won't work.

Unfortunately this functionality isn't implemented on the laptop/desktop app, and Smartsheet doesn't seem to have it on their roadmap for near-future updates:
