Automated Workflows to retrigger after decline

Hi Team,

The Requestor/ initiator is not someone who would have access to the SS tracker. The person would simply update the required fields and submit the form for next step of approvals.

I have build the form for 4 approvals levels and it works fine when each level just hit APPROVE and not decline.

However, if one hits decline, the WF routes the form back to the requestor with those original fields.

Can you please confirm how would the WF get triggered again for approval because for triggering, my original condition is that a new row gets added and Initiator Comments is not blank (Req. field)

Shall I add a another field or checkbox on form for initiator?

Please Help.

Hi @Genevieve P. Can you suggest for creating an alternate workflow for Decline so that it trigger for approvals.
