Choose Quantity for Drop Down or Multi Select allow multiple of same response
I am doing a boat rental form that allows the customer to request life vests. Is there a way to choose a quantity next to each size of the drop down list (S, M, L, XL)?
Or is there a way to be able to not remove the selection after it is picked on a multi-select drop down list? So if they need more than one Toddler life vest, it removes the Toddler option once it is selected the first time.

I don't think it's possible as a single cell. I would make a field for each size and in the form set them to validate a number and set the default value for each as 0. Would that work?

We've had the same issue when using forms to place orders for our company merchandise, so far our only solution has been to have people enter the form multiple times for each item they are ordering. However, this has caused confusion and complaints from employees using the form.

Yes, I think this will work. It is making a lot more columns than I wanted, but is a valid work around. Thank you for your help!
