Current User

I'm having trouble with "current user" in reports, dashboards, dynamics views and work apps. Is there a single resource, video or help guide on everything current user? Thanks, Sara

    Although I don't have a video, when using a contact column, if your filter setting is "has any of" and "current user" that should work on reports. If the current user is not assigned to any of the tasks on the report, then the report will be blank.

    For dashboards, after you add the report, you go to Viewer Mode in the widget editor and choose "Their own perspective". That way the report is filtered to the user when they open the dashboard.

    For Dynamic Views and WorkApps, I'm pretty sure they work normally as the method of viewing the report and once the report works as you want you just access it through those apps.
