Is there a way to have a form fill to different parent rows in a sheet using conditional logic?

Is there a way to have a form fill to different parent rows in a sheet using conditional logic? (Screenshot below) For instance on the form I may have them first choose if it is for an Ink cartridge check or an ink agitating, then based on what they select it would give them certain questions and fill to the correct parent row. I know I can just have 2 separate sheets, but I would rather have them in one if it is possible.

@Jason P , Is there a way to sort to a different parent row within the same sheet based on what you filled out in the form? Or does it just go to a different column only? I want to be able to stack under parent rows.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.

Would that work/help?
