Cannot view task name

When I double click to update a task name the UI shifts the text field towards the left, and all the text is cut-off. I am admin on the project. I tried zooming in and out AND I tried Chrome and Safari. Please help as I'm PM'ing this project and I do not have an effective way to manage it

If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
