Managing multiple sub projects within master project
Is it possible for smart sheet to allow to manage multiple sub projects within a master project? Each of these sub projects will be updating the tasks and data separately but it should allow to get synced on to this master project whenever change happens and visible to all. Are there any restrictions?
Please let know if someone has used this function in smart sheet?

Hi Sakira,
You definitely can do this! There are a few options:
- We have great solutions that you can check out so that you don't have to build anything yourself: https://www.smartsheet.com/solutions
- If you don't find a solution from the link above, you can build sheets for your individual projects, then create a master report that pulls in data from all of your projects: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/522214-creating-reports
- Otherwise, you can create a master sheet and project sheets, then use cell linking to get the information from your project sheets over to your master sheet: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/861579-cell-linking

Thanks a lot for the update.
Yes, I have tried Cell linking option but however it doesn't allow any new row or column changes to get added automatically into the master sheet. That might be a difficulty if you are sharing the sheet with the client and expect him to manually link them every time you make this change.
