Hello,
I have an automation set up where an employee submits a request, the manager approves it, and we all receive an automated email indicating it has been approved. This works fine when the manager approves requests one-by-one, with a custom message for each.
However, if the manager approves all requests at once (quickly in the sheet view), we receive a summary table of all approvals instead of individual notifications. How can we fix this so we receive individual notifications for each approval rather than a summary?
