Pulling just the date from a cell

Hi! I think my question is pretty simple. On a sheet, I have two columns. One is "Primary", and it's blank. The other is "Created" - a date/time column that auto-populates from a form. I want the primary cell to only pull the date from the Created column. I've tried a few different formulas with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm currently using the formula =LEFT(CREATED@row, 8) to pull this from the Created date field. Make sure your column type is still set to Date even when using the formula.

You would use the DATEONLY function.

Use this function in a Date column to extract the date portion of a date/time value.

Ensure that the column is set to Date.

If you are dropping the formula into THE Primary Column, you would need to convert the output into a text value by "adding quote quote" to the end.

=DATEONLY(Created@row) + ""

Good catch! I missed it was in the Primary Column.
