Link to sheet is broken
Our team's orientees use Case Logs through Smartsheet to keep track of their progress while on orientation - after completing a certain task, they fill out a "case log" which includes several fields and then that case log is sent to their preceptor via email. When the preceptor gets the email, they click a link that brings them to the same case log where they (preceptor) then add their feedback. What I'm noticing is that the link that is sent to the preceptor leads to a form that is missing several fields that should be there. However, when I go to "manage forms" all the fields are there but for some reason they are not showing up when I click the email link. Help!

Are you sending them a link to a form or are you sending them an update request?

The first person clicks a link which bring them to the feedback form/case log. Then that form/log link is sent via email (see screen shots below) to the second person who is supposed to click the link ("Open Request") which brings them to that same form where they fill out the remaining fields. But the problem with this link (first screenshot below) is that it's not including all the fields it should (see second screen shot below for what it should include)

Did you make sure these fields were set up in the automation?

OMG I see what I needed to fix - I had to go in and edit the workflow to display "all fields" not just certain fields. Thank you so much Paul Newcome!
