Dynamic view sharing

We use dynamic view to share information to our clients that can't see all of the underlying information on the source sheet. We use a dashboard that is shared with them so that they can see their specific information. We did this by creating a contact column on the source sheet and then adding a web widget with the dynamic view link connected to that contact column. However I am having issues with clients not being able to access the form because "they are not shared to the dynamic view". Our clients are both shared to the dynamic view and the dashboard along with their whole workspace. Our clients have SS accounts and are trying to access the dashboard through a direct link. does anyone have any suggestions of what we should do?

Dynamic View sharing is not in any way linked to SS sharing. They are two completely separate properties. To share in Dynamic View, you need to make sure they are listed in the actual Dynamic View sharing tab when editing the Dynamic View.
