Duplicate Sheet/Updated Form

Hi! I am new to Smartsheet. I duplicated workspace with a form. The problem I have is that when I attempt edit the form I am prompted to "Save and Open" (see below) before opening the Form. The system gets stuck in a saving mode - see the last image below for reference. What did I do wrong to cause this? It never saves it and I have to close the window. I am able to access the Form through the link, but not to edit it.

That's an odd one! Could be related to the duplicating of the workspace, not sure why you would do this however. Have you tried deactivating the form on the original sheet? see if this resolves the issue - then turn the original back on and repeat - if it lock again we know why. May need a new form. If all else fails load a technical request.
