I need automate the workflow
I have created 3 project plans called Project plan 1, project plan 2 and project plan 3. I also have created a form with 4 fields, Event name, description, event type with 3 values (Webinar, Offline, and Dinner), and Event date. Can you give me the detailed steps I should follow using smartsheets automation to have the right project plan template copied on to a newly creeated project plan based on the selected event type, example Webinar should select project plan 1, offline should select project plan 2, and dinner should sellect project plan 3.
I don't want to copy the submitted form data into the project plan 1 sheet instead I want to create a duplicate copy of project plan 1 whenever the event type "webinar" is selected in the form. How do I do this?
