My sheet created in paid version disappeared when my account expired

Hi there. My sheet that I created and deperately need, disappeared when my paid account expired last month. Another team at my company was paying for it so I got no notice when it was due to renew. I have signed up for Pro again but wanted to see if there was any way to get my sheet back again. It was a huge amount of work to create and I would prefer not to start over. Thank you.

Your sheets will become read-only for 30 days. After the 30 days the system will automatically delete those files. If you have an IT team, reach out to them and see if they have a back up system.
