My name is Lillie. I am the Campus Planner at Cal State Fullerton, one of 23 campuses in the Cal State University system. I use Smartsheet for as much as I can get my hands on. I developed a space request process and tracking system for stakeholders to request of "trade" space. I use it to track the changes in our space database. I also use it for smaller projects because of the automation workflows. I can assign tasks to people and track responses. I use dashboards to report to leadership and keep our team on task.
My Smartsheet has a form with form logic - users select the Team they are requesting support from, and then the logic provides the appropriate Staff column for that Team. I've tried several times now to upload a .csv file into data table. I'm using data shuttle and have no filters selected. The .csv file has 50,123 rows and 1,761,908 cells.
