I need a date cell to change based on the date of another cell

I have three date columns. The first date column is the master. The second should reflect one week before the mast date column. The third should reflect one day before the master.

Bothe the second and the third date columns should auto update based on if the master date changes. How can I accomplish this?

=[first date column]@row - 7

and

=[first date column]@row - 1

Will work if all of your columns are date type columns
