Document Builder filename output

I have a workflow that generates a PDF document and have mapped the document filename so the output filename is correct. The problem I have is that when our project manager makes an amendment to the document I need the version number to also show on the filename. Is there anyone that has had a similar problem that can assist me with this?

Hi @IsmailRRQS!

Have you tried customizing the filename by including a column in your original sheet that tracks the version of the document? You can do this by creating a column specifically for the filename, then use a column formula to combine the version number with the document name. For example:

=[Version Number Column] + " " + [Document Name Column]

In the mapping screen, you can then drag the filename onto the Output document name field.
