Does Anyone Use Smartsheet for Speaker Management?

We use Smartsheet to track presentation information and logistics related to a weekly educational event. Our challenge is, we don't always know the name of all of the speakers (can have up to 5 presenters for a 1 hour session) in advance. We want to give the primary contact the ability to add speakers as needed.
We are wondering if anyone uses Smartsheet to track presentation information, and how you handle the ability to add additional speakers.

Are you using a single sheet that runs week to week or is it a template that you use?
Either way, you have two options I would recommend:
- A form from the sheet. This will capture the basic information and create a new line. Can be shared easily and is secure.
- A dynamic view. You would set this up to display the name and date of an event. You could then assign each event to a person and share the link. Once again, a secure method that will allow you to capture the information in a neat/clean way.
