How do I count how many days I had appointments, not the number of appointments?

I know how to count appointments we have in a date range, but I am not sure how to count the number of dates that we had appointments that showed up.

I have 29 appointments, but I only had 6 dates. I am looking for a formula to help me count the dates that we had the dates that appointments showed up.
