Creating Form where questions will change as per the input from user

I wanted to create a form but i want the form questions to get updated as per the input provided by the user. For example how we have the marketing survey, depending upon the input provided the following question gets changed. Is something like can be done in Smartsheet form as well ? Please help me out or guide me to such query.

Depending on their answer you can add logic to the sheet.

Select Form > Create Form > Select the column (example is Health) > Logic > add Logic > Customize

If you need more columns or options within the form, you will need to go back to the sheet and add the columns there.
