How much setup does the JIRA connector take?
My company has been using Smartsheet products for about 10 months now. We started off with Resource Management in October '23 and started integrating our project plans in June. We have five licences for the PMs and share our plans with a services team of 15 and multiple clients.
We had a quote for the Professional Services work of about £7,000 but we couldn't get the investment so I did it myself.
Now, we're considering the JIRA connector but, for a team as small as ours, the cost we've been given is as much as our annual licence fee. Is there a cheaper way people have done this in the past and, have you been able to setup the JIRA connector yourself?
I really feel we'd benefit for using the JIRA connector but there's no way my company will pay what we've been quoted.
