Can you make a form available offline at the organizational level without having to go to each device to make it offline? If an employee is using an iPad in the field they need to access offline. Each field employee would need to come into the office and bring their iPads in for us to activate online access. Can this be done remotely without the device?

We use this currently. But I was looking for a way to make the form offline when it is built instead of each user have to select make it offline.
