Smartsheet Extension for Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator

Good afternoon,

We are trying to integrate Adobe Illustrator using the Adobe CC Extension. It works great and we would love to use it but when we save a proof from Illustrator to Smartsheet we get a transparent background. Does anyone have the solution to make a white background?

I believe this is a setting that would need to be applied in Illustrator before exporting the file to a Proof, but as I'm not familiar with Illustrator I'm not certain.

From browsing the Adobe Community, can you check to see if toggling this setting helps:

View > Hide Transparency Grid
